One account belongs to one person. Keep your password and PIN private; you are responsible for orders placed with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
ORDERS
Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm every order before we start it, and may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid. You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders while it is Pending.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees at the studio's retail prices when you order. Pay at the studio when you collect, or by bank transfer where offered. A transfer counts as paid once confirmed in our account.
COLLECTION
Orders are collected at the studio. We will let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order code.
PHOTOS AND SESSIONS
Session times are agreed with you directly. Photographs we take remain our work; you may use your photos for personal purposes. Ask us before using them commercially.
